Sometimes leadership feels like…
• Everything is changing, but no one knows where to begin.
• Your team is working hard but pulling in different directions.
• You know something is off—you just can’t quite name it.
• Everyone has ideas, but no one is having the conversations that matter.
You don’t need someone to tell you what to do.
You need someone who can help uncover the pieces of the puzzle so meaningful change can happen.

Work with Me
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about asking better questions. Together, we’ll uncover the obstacles, build stronger relationships, and create practical strategies that help people and organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.

Speaking
I don’t simply deliver presentations—I create experiences that invite reflection, encourage conversation, and leave people seeing leadership, culture, and change in a new way.
My keynotes and workshops blend research, reflection, storytelling, and practical insights to inspire leaders, challenge assumptions, and spark meaningful action long after the session ends.

Ideas & Research
Curiosity drives my research. Compassionate leadership, organizational culture, and the nature of change are more than academic interests—they’re opportunities to discover ideas that help people and organizations thrive.
WHY ANKLEBITERS?
Anklebiters are the small things that quietly trip us up.
In organizations, they rarely announce themselves as major problems. Instead, they show up as difficult conversations that never happen, misaligned teams, unclear expectations, overlooked people, or small moments of frustration that gradually become barriers to progress.
Most leaders don’t struggle because they lack intelligence or commitment. They struggle because the little things accumulate.
I founded Anklebiters, LLC around a simple belief: meaningful change doesn’t always begin with sweeping transformations. More often, it begins by noticing what others overlook, asking thoughtful questions, and addressing the small obstacles before they become larger ones.

In the conversation…
Here’s what people are saying about my work:

Really enjoyed Meg’s energy and her engagement with her audience. She looked for her attendees to be part of the presentation. Her talking points were very on point for the kind of leader I want to be.

Running USA Participant, Operations Manager

The true definition of a leader and mentor in every form. You provide such a safe space for people to develop. I’m forever grateful for the guidance you gave me during and carry it with me daily.
